Since 1995, Breakthrough Houston has been a stepping stone to success for underserved students across Houston. Furthering our mission to prepare students for competitive high school programs and college admission, 99% of Breakthrough students have been accepted into at least one college or university – schools like Stanford, Princeton, Duke, Yale, Rice, Georgetown, Texas A&M, University of Texas, Baylor, and more. And 94% of current Breakthrough Houston high school students are enrolled in a college preparatory high school.
Our programs have received numerous accolades for educational reform, but our greatest achievement is watching our students excel in school and reach their college dreams.
