The Program Director (PD) drives the vision, strategy, and execution needed to achieve transformative outcomes for high school students through after school, out-of-school time programming—most critically, increasing postsecondary access and enrollment. In this role, the PD leads a high-performing team of Program Managers and AmeriCorps Members toward ambitious, measurable goals.

This full-time, year-round opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building strong, trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders — students, families, school administrators, college partners, and community members — and who thrive in a dynamic environment that blends program delivery, project management, and creative problem-solving.

We are looking for volunteer College Essay Coaches to virtually help 1-3 high school seniors perfect their college applications by providing feedback on their personal statement and any supplemental essays they may have from March to December 2024. Coaches do not need to have previous college access/counseling experience (although it is welcome!). This opportunity is a great way to build a relationship with an amazing young person and help them navigate a process that can feel really overwhelming.
